Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Home Builders Association of Northeastern North Carolina (HBA-NENC) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this website.

Membership Eligibility & Requirements

Membership is open to builders, developers, suppliers, and specialty trades professionals operating within our service area. All applicants must complete the membership application and meet the eligibility criteria set by the Association’s board of directors. HBA-NENC reserves the right to approve or deny any membership application at its discretion.

Membership Dues & Fees

Membership dues are payable annually as outlined on our Membership page. Dues are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay dues by the renewal date may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

Use of Website

This website and its content are intended for informational purposes related to the Association’s activities, member directory, events, and resources. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use any content for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights​

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, and the member directory— is the property of HBA-NENC unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Member Conduct

Members are expected to conduct business ethically and in accordance with the Association’s code of conduct. HBA-NENC reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for conduct that violates these standards or damages the reputation of the Association.
